I mean literally, a basic scenario, all youd have to do is swim out and have something heavy attached to your leg/lower body that will drag you down. Seems easy on paper but probably not at easy since if it was, more people would have resorted to that method by now
What's off putting is is the whole idea of drowning, the nerves/panick etc will kick in. But ay, load yaself with drugs/alcohol to overcome that lolYou'd have to research drowning. As the above poster stated, indulging in lots of sedatives and alcohol may make the trip easier and more peaceful.
Definitely do your research first though.
