my dpdr is getting worse by the day and I'm getting more and more signs this world is fake and made just ro mess with me and I need to kill myself to get out it's all fake they're truing to make me realize that everything and everyone is fake I'm the only real one everything feels so superifvial sndfake and I need out right now I hate the concept of existing so much I wish there wa s nothing
