• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

This is a rather embarrassing post but it would make me feel better if people could relate. I think mine is due to meds and meds withdrawals, but yours might be due to suicidality or some other adversity. I'm sat there or doing something and I suddenly realise omg I haven't dyed my hair in months and I have greys everywhere, or omg I haven't changed my clothes, or I suddenly realise I've made the same mistake AGAIN and now my life is worse than when it happened the first time, (in my case I keep injuring my face,) or I realise I fell asleep in my clothes with the light on AGAIN. Does anyone relate to this kind of thing? It's heartbreaking and soul destroying. I just can't move on. My life has got progressively worse this year. I thought I was at my lowest at the start of the year, but now I wish I could go back to how things were at the start of this year again! I'm in such a deep depression. Relate?

I think this is called executive disfunction. I comes and goes with depressive lows for me. A lot of people on the internet report it and it usually gives them a lot of shame. So, on the flip side, a lot of people to relate to!

I have problems with executive functions...it's strange because I couldn't remember what the reason I can't drive was, but you've reminded me of the term. Thanks.
