• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

My method is definitely SN and I'm planning on leaving on Sunday night. I was initially planning on just doing it in my room and leaving a sign at the door. But I kinda like the idea of catching a random bus to a different state and committing there so I'm not found. I don't really want a funeral and stuff. But I also don't want my family to launch a search party or whatever. Thoughts?

It sounds exciting but not sure who foots the bill of a search party and ID team (maybe taxpayers) but if identified i'd imagine your family would want you shipped back home which will probably cost them a couple thousand dollars >.<

If you go missing they will probably start a search party. Me personally, I'd be okay with that but ultimately it is your decision. Also i don't know your situation and how that would have impact those around you. Only you would know that. I feel your pain tho friend.

This was what I was thinking too. Only concern is sometimes even motel gives me anxiety and strange places. You might struggle more to go through with it in unfamiliar place. But it might be just me that is like this. I'm super anxious and sensitive to changes in the environment. I need things to be predictable because I don't want to survive or be found. I had a city picked out where I was going to do it lol! Till I got there and realized that I didn't when I got there. I was goin to work there for a bit and check it out but I ended up hating the area and decided I wasn't staying or suiciding there. Make sure u have been to the spot u have picked out first. I swear with carrying this out u almost need like some trial runs so nothing out of the ordinary happens to foil the plan.

Transporting a dead body over state lines can be very costly - up to $5,000 - as it may incur fees from funeral homes on both ends. Transporting ashes is a simpler process, but cremation services are still costly.

Just a thought. If you travel to unknown location you would then have to potentially find shelter which isn't as easy as it sounds. Also, if you travel out of state by bus their could be a missing persons report and perhaps surveillance and time stamps of when you boarded & unboarded the bus.

I would just put a sign on the door and save everyone some money you don't want to be a burden

If you have a family they will probably have to have a funeral regardless unless you state you want a direct cremation or something.
