Does it hurt to take SN? I have anti-emetic with me, but I'm scared I'll vomit. Then, my mum will find out (I live with her). Help!

hello. sn method is relatively peaceful. anti emetic helps with avoiding vomiting but it can still happen, that's why you make 3 doses, so that if you vomit one you can drink another one. is probably better to do it when you know that you have a lot of time alone because if you are found too soon, you can survive

1. The peacefulness of SN (i.e.: how long it takes to lose consciousness and what you feel beforehand) seems to vary. Some people take it and feel really sick for ~15 minutes before passing out and we recently had a witness say it took somebody ~40 minutes. Either way, it's poison, so you're probably not going to feel great.

Small sample size, but with or without or an anti-emetic, there's a decent chance you're going to throw up.

If sound is a concern, there are also some reports of people gurgling or moaning after they pass out or falling out of their bed/chair/whatever and alerting people that way. Just something to be aware of.
