I self-harm by cutting, I am looking for arm sleeves to cover up scars and bandages but to also prevent inadine making a mess. So it needs to be machine washable, preferably at 60 if it gets covered in blood/inadine. Any suggestions?

Why not just put a gauze pad over the inadine, wrap gauze over it, and then just wear an arm sleeve over it? That way you don't have to worry about your arm sleeve getting stained and needing to wash it. You could also look into different types of adhesive dressings to put over the inadine patch so that it doesn't stain your arm sleeves.

I used to cut my thighs instead of my arms so it would be easier to hide.
Not sh advice, just something I used to do

I did the same thing. As a guy, I couldn't really wear arm sleeves or anything like that. The blood did ruin a few pairs of pants though.

I remember wrapping toilet paper around the wounds to try to avoid the clothes from being stained.
