Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

A friend sent me an invite link to the Finch app this morning, and so far it seems pretty cute. It basically let's you raise a little tamagotchi that rewards you for doing self care tasks. You can set your own goals & have them repeat daily, weekly, monthly, etc. & have them send push reminders to your phone. It's not a very serious self help tool, but I can see it helping motivate me to do things like brush my teeth & remember my laundry. It has this coping skills section too. There's like a journal for reflections, guided breathing, a built in noise machine, guides exercises, and timers for meditations. I've only used the guided breathing so far, but I like how customizable it was bc I don't usually like box breathing. Idk how long I'm gonna stick with using this app, but I can send an invite link or my friend code if anyone wants it

Yep I use it. It's cute to have a little digital pet and it allows me to set my goals as low as I need them. Right now I just have get out of bed, brush teeth, say one thing I'm grateful for before bed. Even that is hard to do every day.

Do you know if it's possible to set a goal for twice a day? I feel you on just those goals being hard. I really struggle to brush my teeth, but I've done it four days in a row in the morning since I've downloaded the app. I want to get to a point where I'm brushing them at night too. I guess I could just set two goals for brushing teeth
