Is it straightforward? Is it easy to mess up?
I keep trying my full suspension hanging setup and it won't work.

I need to find something suitable with
low pain for someone who is seriously ill.

I read over the ashweb guide a few times and I get the feeling It's really easy to get a blue head of you do anagrams method wrong . If I don't make it tight enough, I feel like I'll just suffer.

Also every article from the collection that anagram has posted says ligature strangulation is a really rare form of CTB. I think homemade tourniquet might be better but I still have trouble with that. Like I'm scared to twist too tight.

It seems ideal to be able to stay in bed, but it also seems impossibly prone to failure.

It's basically a more complicated partial or full suspension. Instead of allowing gravity to do the work, you have to do it manually
