in the uk where it's also heavily controlled there's vendors on the US website for the jungle that will ship here, maybe it's the same in Argentina

We tend not to give every detail in replies for two reasons. 1) Don't want to seem like we're giving explicit instructions, and 2) it's really important to read the method threads and source material to understand the method fully. A summary response of what you need isn't going to help you understand why each item is needed and for what purpose, and how it might change depending on your specific situation (size, health conditions, current medications, etc).

ive tried and i just get all confused, its like all code and stuff, not helping at all.
