Dr. Gustavo Quintana from colombia (already dead) used to perform euthanasia for people with chronic deseases, (without much paperwork and received patients from all over the world legally).
-do you know about a doctor who performs euthanasia/assisted suicide in a similar way to quintana (without much paperwork and received patients from all over the world legally) or about a doctor who performs it clandestinely( that is fine, I only require that he be a doctor with a degree, not a stroller) from whatever of next countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada, New Zealand, Spain, the Netherlands and Colombia where euthanasia is legal
