I'm just wondering around if I have anything to look forward to or not. I know some people do recover, and some people get worse. Like, the majority of chronically suicidal people though, can they expect to recover at some point? If they stick it out? Not just appear recovered to others but see a real significant internal improvement? Accepting occasional bouts of being suicidal, just not chronically suicidal on the regular to the point of it more generally effecting someone's life. Not asking about any specific method of recovery, but do those who seriously seek recovery for long enough for the most part find it or no?
