Typically, you'll need 2 x 25 grams of SN. One 25g cup is likely to be fatal, plus another backup cup in case you throw up.

You need 25g minimum. A lot of people prepare a second cup (another 25g so 50g total) but most aren't even able to take that second cup and pass from just the first despite even throwing up.
