Method Diphenhydramine sleeping pill

Hi all,

Is 2 grams of diphenhydramine hydrochloride enough to kill me?

I have SN but idek, im just trying of feeling like a failure for failing one of my modules at uni.

I have schizoaffective disorder and CPTSD.

I would say im not equipped for this world, but then there are people like me with jobs and a degree...

I have no excuse.

If you're in college I'm going to assume of typical college age , and while you may you don't feel you have an "excuse" you do have time. Time to find your path and time to walk it . I'm sorry you're at this point but wish you peace and to find the comfort to know a failure now doesn't mean failure forever

Probably not. I've overdosed 3x on diphenhydramine, 3g, I had seizures but obviously didn't die. It's very unpredictable. I also abuse this stuff regularly, like 35-40 pills at once, I truly believe that since I'm suicidal it won't kill me. Wouldn't recommend it because when you probably survive you'll be in a shitty place physically.

Medication ODs very rarely work. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is an antihistamine, which are far more likely to leave you alive and damaged than dead. Please do not attempt with it.
