Didn't Jesus ctb? If he was all powerful he could have fixed the world and prevented his crucifixion.

Didn't Jesus suicide himself? Couldn't he have fixed the world instead of allowing himself to be killed on a cross? I hear he was approximately 33 years old.
God sent his son on a suicide mission.
He probably just thought being crucified isn't that bad, i mean, you get to have fresh air, it's peacefull, you get a nice tan. Jesus just always looked on the bright side of life, for life is quite absurd, and death's the final word, you must always face the curtain with a bow, forget about your sin, give the audience a grinnnn

Correct. So the way the story goes is that once Adam/Eve introduced sin into the world (yeah, I know, the whole tree thing, but do creations really "love" a creator if they aren't willing to follow one simple rule and also can they love - or chose to love - if they aren't fully free to choose ..... hence the tree) ..... anyway, Jews then gave blood sacrifices for however many generations in atonement for sins and also followed SO many rules .... many biblical and many traditional. Jesus was, according to the New Testament, the ultimate blood sacrifice that cannot be broken by anything assuming one accepts Him. I'm not really preaching anything but instead just citing history and the reason religion says he came on a death mission versus waving his hand to say peace-out screw you mother f'ers I'm outta here ..... regardless, everybody has to choose so I guess people just choose whatever seems/feels right/good then they see what happens in the end ...... again, no peaching here, just citing history and the basic tenants of mainstream religion ...... good luck ..... may the odds be ever in your favor.
Jesus didn't ctb. He sacrificed himself of behalf of his Father. I don't buy into any of it. I'm an atheist. I'm merely stating what the Bible states, which is written by man, BTW. Remember man? How man is imperfect? So, imperfect man wrote the Bible? Hmmmm. It's a nice story. But, that is all it is. I suppose it helps some lead a better life. It also leads many to war. It, also, leads many to attack others regarding how they live. It, also, leads many to attack others for who they are.
The point is Christians can do whatever the fuck they like and be forgiven because Jesus died for all our sins. Well I say "forgiven" and Christ died for all our sins, but you actually have to have the spirit of Christ in your heart first otherwise it doesn't work.
The story of Jesus is symbolic much like everything else here. It's not the story as it happened that's why it makes no sense. No one was nailed to a "cross" and killed. The cross is symbolic for earth.. The sacrifice was to play the game of life and live out a life of suffering on earth in exchanged for the freedom of the souls that have been trapped here.. They tell this same story over and over in movies.. That's what all the Disney movies are about where a girl sacrifices herself in her father's place or because of her father (beauty and the beast, Mulan, sleeping beauty, little mermaid etc). That's what the movie space jam is about. Agreeing to play a game in exchange for the freedom of others.
You don't understand Christianity at all. In Christian mythology is explicitly shown that Jesus was sent by God to be tortured and killed, and then resuscitate. He didn't CTB as he wasn't human and probably knew he wasn't actually dying.
And the whole thing is an allegory of esoteric origins, obviously, because at face value the idea that an omnipotent God would create a son impregnating a woman without sex so that he can be crucified to atone for Humanity's sins is absolutely deranged.
