I was feeling so optimistic the last few days about returning to work on Friday, now my anxiety has kicked in and my Depression has kicked in even worse... Contemplating starting the fasting process now and just going through with it this evening... But I'm scared in case my 'method' turns into something else if I open it and don't go through with it due to SI ... Sorry to rant, this is the only safe space I've got ...

I understand it is a hopeless feeling when things just get worse, and I know it is hard to carry on when you are suffering so much. Whatever happens, I wish you the best.

I don't want to tell you what to do, but personally I'm not going to CTB while in a depression spiral. I surface from deep depression occasionally, and when I punch my ticket I hope to be in that calmer, lucid state.
