Hi friends, thanks for all the responses I've gotten! I've taken to deleting posts within an hour because it makes me uneasy that we have no choice but to leave all our old posts up for anyone to find. Just the OCD talking! Are there any other reason for not combining SN with alcohol except for it increasing the chances of vomiting?

I'm really interested in how things go for you. I'm up for the SN method but can't imagine it without a nice bottle of red to toast my way out. Happy to fast but not to drink. Although it worries me I might call an ambulance because I'll be feeling a bit high
