Hello,
I discovered this lovely community a couple of days ago. I am 24 and have attempted full suspension like 15 times over the last 4 years but could never go through due to the pain and SI. I discovered that partial is a good option and immediately tried it. I almost blacked out using a towel tied to the rod in my closet. I think this is finally how I will go. There is no way life gets better for my socially awkward ass at this point. Even if it does, I am too bored/lazy to push through to see what life has in store should I keep existing.
I live alone right now and have no fear of being discovered for hours.
So, has anyone tried to experiment with partial? is a 5 feet towel good enough (width about 2 feet)? How long after passing out will I die?

How did you managed to back out from full suspension?

Don't know much about it, but :

I think it's a partial suspension method. If you search on this site against the video id, it seems quite a few people have referenced that video, so there might be interesting info in some of those threads.

I recommend the hanging megathread under resources. There's tons of ongoing discussion, tips, and experiences.

I'm also interested. I tried out partial yesterday a few different ways with belts in my doorframe, and the only thing that happened was I felt a bunch of pressure in my head. Then I was so frustrated and exhausted, I just went to bed :/

Try using a towel/scarf. Make a slipknot and tighten it as hard has you can to the point when you feel your head pulsing. Then do the partial suspension.

I tried it again this morning with a thicker belt, and I think I finally found the sweet spot. Felt a warmth coming over me and felt myself passing out, but then I freaked out at the finality of it all :/
