Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Did anyone see that that video that went kinda semi-viral a few months ago of the woman that tried to squat something like 400lbs and she dropped it on the back of her neck?
Looks like.she died nearl instantly.

Could that be a valid method or can too much go wrong? The more weight I guess the more chance of death. If you can get something like 500lb+ off the rack and drop it on the back of your neck would it be a guarantee?

If you're morbidly curious about the video you can search YouTube for Woman dies squatting and it should be the first video
