In general I'm a pretty anxious person but when it comes to an event like this it gets way worse. I'm sure for most people it wouldn't be a primary thing to source but with crippling anxiety like this I feel I need it. As far as my symptoms go super bad mental anxiety and shaking. I know my survival instinct will be through the roof, it was for my drowning attempt so I want to mitigate that this time. No, no other alternatives. I might keep gambling to find a legit source but it's getting old. I don't have much time.
