move a lot, rub your hands together, jump, get inside somewhere, walk, put your arms in front of you and hug yourself
A little late now, but in the future prioritize covering your head. Most of your body heat escapes through the top of your head (because heat rises), so a hat, hood, or scarf covering it will help a lot.
