Yup, I won't lie, I skipped the rules page

Quick & painless = N, F, jumping or gunshot.

Not so quick, relatively painless (presumably) but much easier, less expensive, less messy (and less illegal) to obtain than N, F, a high building/bridge or gun: SN.

You will find that there are a lot of helpful people here on this forum. If you reach out here, someone will reach back. There are plenty of people here that are usually able to relate to you on some level, and within that, there is some comfort.
