Thought I'd share this in case it might be helpful to someone. A few years ago, someone on X CTBed while wearing a VR headset to help ease their fear. According to their post, they died "in a world that is literally like heaven, surrounded by flower fields." They also left a detailed explanation of the method so anyone could try it.

i actually thought about doing something similar before, i life live in VR mostly anyways, why not move on in it too? sounds very peaceful, adding this to my options list lol
