Hi all,

Im planning on CTB on Friday via partial suspension,Im busy getting everything in place and will be testing my rig later today.

My plan is to call an ambulance just before I do it and leave my front door unlocked so that it's paramedics who find me. I dont want friends or family being first on the scene as I dont want them to be haunted by what they see.

Does this sound like a good plan? I live in a small town so there wont be any ambulances near by plus they are busy at the moment due to covid. So I am hoping I will be gone by the time they arrive.

Thoughts?

I personally would send a delayed e-mail to the police or some other organization. If things happen to not go as planned, you can always stop the e-mail from sending and stay out of the psych ward so you can try again at a latter time.

It's not a great plan is it - unless you want to be saved of course.

I'd go with the delayed email route like @Scotty suggested or you could risk being "saved" early and end up disabled for life.

Just make sure that it's what you really want to do and you can change your mind at any time for whatever reason if you need to.

Me personally i would call a suicide hotline and tell them my location, by the time they call emergency services then the services react that should be enough time, 10-15 min is all thats required.
Or get a taxi to the woods and give a vague statement to where you are

If they get there too soon they might be able to revive you
