Ctb because unemployable?

Who here is unemployable? I don't have skills, can't go back to school, impending criminal record, huge gap since leaving school bc I made the mistake of doing sex work bc I couldn't handle real jobs...but this only made me more crazy. Right now family is supporting me but it's not forever and I have huge debts looming. My family wants to pretend I have a future but I'm totally fucked.

I am not technically unemployable. But I don't see myself as a truck driver or a retail clerk or a waiter. I would be entirely incompetent in any such job And wouldn't really earn enough money to pay my bills anyway. So to answer your question, yes, the main reason I am planning to CTB is money/work related.

This is hell,we are trapped in this world but unable to exit.All we can do is sharing our pain in this forum.Thats the reason religion is created so that people like us can have a sense of purpose to live.In my country,so many poor people live happily and have babies despite having no money as their belief make them not to loose hope.

Entry level jobs do exist, if you do not view these as beneath you. They often don't pay a lot but you build skills, job experience, job history and references. Regardless of your current education, you can learn new skills and eventually may be put in a good position to go back to school if that is what you want. The downside is, it will take motivation and effort. I realize those can be hard if you are suffering from depression.

The point I am trying to make is if it is something you truly want, do not let your lack of skills, education or past hold you back. None of those make you worthless or incapable. Some employment agencies are good with working with you (Depends on the staff), churches may assist with helping find something, friends and family may know people who have businesses that could give you a tryout, and there may be other groups near you (You will have to check around).

I could have gone so far but I chose wrong and now I want to die.
I would not even mind clawing my way up but doing this with a record and huge debts collecting interest is the nail in my coffin.

Not everyone has the physical strength to work jobs like food service or construction. I get tired very easily and cannot do 8 hour days, which is part of why I avoided normal jobs. I should have gone on disability or done a post grad to secure work I could do from a chair that wouldn't destroy my mind.

I don't think this makes you unemployable but it does depend on what you're prepared to do. There are industries that offer free training. Care work for instance. That's a tough workplace tbf though. Animal care in shelters etc are good places to get a foot in the door and work into a better position. If your family are happy to support you for a while. Don't beat yourself up over peroids of unemployment or poor choices. Just learn what yoy can from them and apply it where you can. If you have the inclination you can learn things online. Crafts and art are quite easy to turn into small amounts of income through etsy etc. Again, it depends how long your family can support as it takes a bit of time to build a customer base but if you can do a bit of work in an animal shelter and a bit of craft work and sell it in your own time your family would see you making an effort and maybe be happy about that and support you as long as needed as a result.

The other option is to borrow a bit of capital and use it to buy and sell stuff. Upscaling is popular and pretty easy. The mark ups are high because you create one off pieces. If I had my health I'd be all over this. People with money to spend will pay a crazy price for one off furnature items and they're not hard to do.

I am in a similar situation. (But sex work would be insanely horrible for me so you have it worse). My parents also think I had a futur. They push me to try it over and over again with working despite the fact I failed 6 times.
I had no problem to live without a job it is the financials. At the moment I have no money problems but in the future I get big big problems. I am sure welfare will be a big reason for me to ctb.

My job history is... sporadic. Massive gaps in employment, and virtually no skills.

I literally cannot effectively socially interact in a job, and tedious work drives me insane.

I have tried to learn coding, but that is far beyond my intellect right now, and depression removes all motivation to stick with it.

What exactly isn't true? My message was for the OP not you. Feel free to point out the flaw in what I said and why you feel it isn't true? Did I say it would be easy? No. Did I say they would have to be motivated and put in effort? Yes. Did I say it would be harder for people who suffer from things like depression? Yes. My point to the OP is if the only thing holding them back was the items they listed, then not to let those things hold them back.

A lot of people can do far more than they give themselves credit for. The problem is they do not have people in their lives to help support them in doing these various endeavors. But, that is one benefit to this site. People help, console, motivate, educate, offer opinions and support and so forth.

I said it was meant for the OP so you didn't think I was targeting you with what was said. That is a very reasonable thing to do and nothing was remotely childish about it. It is called clarifying what was said. I also said to feel free to point out errors in what I said. That is engaging in conversation and saying I welcome your feedback. So that was absolutely me asking for your participation and not turning it down.

So far I've survived on a pension that's going to end in a year, I've wasted all my time on frivolous things (didn't finish high school, shit) and if I can't solve this problem I'll CTB. I don't know how to do anything, not even oral sex. I wanted to be able to work with something that didn't require a lot of physical effort.

I'm unemployable because of my physical health. I struggled with really bad depression before getting physically sick. Combined it's insurmountable, especially without any support or family I can turn to. I'm useless. My ability to provide for myself has been taken. I'm not going to live off the backs of others, even if it were possible, which it's not so really a moot point. I have a master's degree and many other qualifications and really enjoyed my career. I went through hell getting through school. Now I have to take amphetamines (legal, prescribed) just to get out of bed because of medication side effects and extreme sleep deprivation due to my condition. I'm also technically homeless. Family just doesn't give a shit. If you have family that truly cares, you are really blessed. Out of everything I've ever dealt with not having a 'tribe' or whatever you want to call it has been by far the hardest and most deeply painful thing I've ever dealt with.

I'm too exhausted and have too much brain fog to even ctb at this point.

Yes, I have social anxiety as well and I can't imagine working around people all day.
I feel like my socialization is too screwed up for me to work. Also, I have a useless degree in Sociology. I got a J.D. but I am suited for math.

It sounds like u have a support system at least. Try to look at the silver lining. Maybe all is not lost. Try for them. If it doesn't work really talk to them and make a decision

Yes, unemployable. I have skills, experience and good CV but a criminal record means there's nothing doing. I'm responsible so I have no complaints, I've been hiding out at college but I'm coming to the end of my brain power limit so I think that'll be that come summer.

I always knew this would be the route, it bought me a few more years and some memorable experiences, can't take anymore rejections on the job front, can't really work for myself either which I thought could be an option.

I'm finding it harder each day to go out into the world, I mostly am with my dog, my wife is brilliant and we've discussed my plans and she hates it but knows and has seen this pain for too long now.
