Venting cruel joke

just received the invitation / entry cards for my prom / graduation on apr 30, little paper cards that allow your relatives to enter the school
you get it

small enough to fit in my phone case
and i put it on top of my folded up goodbye letter and will
ironic isn't it
everyone's busy with preparation for prom and the gifts and etc while all i can think about is ending it all

i don't know whether to be selfish and do it before apr 30 and ruin it for everyone else, or just tough it out and then on the evening of apr 30 when the funs been had

It's alright to be selfish sometimes, loneliness is just at it's peak when everyone else is having fun together, take it to crack a joke

Just like @idfwlnh said, it's okay to be selfish. Idk why we have glorified selflessness amd altruism so much. It's completely natural to be selfish. For those who care about you, they'll be having a bad time whether you do it now or after the 30th. It doesn't really matter.
