Creating SN Regime - questions

I've ordered everything I need and I'm grateful for everyone. Now wait for deliveries. I'm going to create my regime steps but before doing so, I'd like some feedback, please. I am a heavy drinker. Sometimes with a few weeks sober other times drink four times a week. I've spent hours searching and nothing succinct comes up. Question is will my alcohol abuse in anyway affect the SN doing it's job? Of course, I will not drink the day of. If I lay off the alcohol a couple of days before, will I be okay?

I am afraid everything that is damaging digestive system could lead to vomits

It is amateur answer. But personally I am going to take care of my health before. I believe the healthier I will be the bigger chance of success I will have

I think it's fine.

just make sure you stay off alcohol for at least 24 hours, so it can get out of your system, as having both toxins (SN + alcohol) in circulation at the same time can stack/increase the chances of vomiting.

ideally I'd go for at least 48 hours. I know alcohol's half-life is short and it gets completely out in about 20 hours, but there's also the hangover on the next day.
