Could N powder numb your mouth?

Guys,a girl I know bought some powders from a Chinese seller,and had a taste,she said she just felt bitter and numb in the mouth,not sleepy.I didn't believe that is true N,coz too many Chinese sellers sell fake powders.But what surprised me is that she sent it to a test organization,and the report said it's 99.58％ pentobarbital.Someone who had drunk liquid N told me she didn't felt numb.So I'm really curious about that

I am very suspicious of this. First of all how much did she take, did she want to die or just want to sleep with the powder, what company/facility did she send the powder to in order to have it tested, did she dissolve the powder in water or not because you're supposed to do that.

She only licked a few without water.And the testing company is WeiPu in Shenzhen China.

Oh ok. I think if you eat the powder alone it might numb your mouth but if you were to put this powder in water and drink it it would be fine. I don't know why powdered N would cause numbing and I am not 100% sure if N in water would remove the numbing feeling since powder N and the N that D sells are different due to powder N being mostly pure with some unknown additive whilst the N that D sells contains ethanol and what not
