i have cough variant asthma that is aggravated whenever i swallow food. sometimes i cough so much that i vomit. water helps me stop coughing. i'm scared that the saltiness of the sn will make me cough and/or vomit. will drinking a sip or two of water after i take the sn solution dilute it too much? perhaps i'm overthinking.
