  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

So, I've set a date to CTB if things don't improve for me. As such, I'm in full-on recovery mode and have been doing a lot of introspection lately. I've come to the conclusion that anxiety has truly taken over my life: all my thoughts are anxious thoughts, all my actions are anxious actions. There's absolutely no room in my life for the things I find fulfilling and want to live for, which I know makes me even more miserable. Everyday is a state of emergency. This isn't the only problem in my life, but it is a significant one.

Does anyone have tips on how to cope with severe anxiety?

I don't know whether I can say I have 'severe anxiety' compared to others, but it sure does cause issues for me. For me I find encouragement from others and working in small manageable steps is the only way I can push through.

Well thats great that u are trying to get better (even if it doesnt work out). And on the topic of anxiety in all honesty thats something ive been dealing with really badly for basically my whole life but i dont like talking about it because of how celebrity's and people on social media boast about it. Like people claiming they have "depression and social anxiety" for attention or to make excuses for being rude or not responding to people.
Anyways as far as help goes, some people swear on medication as being a life saver. I prefer to go out at night (even tho i rarely ever go out). Like depending on what it is ur trying to do, try to go out at times where u know there wont be huge crowds of people. If ur not interested in trying medication u could look into some natural remedies and see if any of those help.
