I actually don't eat them very often, maybe once in four days. I do OMAD which is 1 meal a day. I usually eat proper food during that one meal. Proper junk food that I order out for
I need to cook a piece of meat every time, usually some kind of beef, else I get really annoyed doing it and it uses up all my spoons.
I find I either hate doing it or look forward to cooking, it really depends on the dish, I'm very meat motivated. Especially the half raw steaks, if I get my medium rare steak I can cook for me and whoever else around. (Never cooked for more than 4 ppl before though)
For years I've been trying to master the perfect roux sauce. Haven't gotten there yet but I think I'm getting close. Always better to make more than you need so you can have the leftovers as a snack.
