Considering hanging due to the minefield involved in obtaining N

I have never been keen on thi smethod, but options are becoming increasingly limited.
I struggle to navigate this place but found a few threads on hanging - is there a CONCISE guide here somewhere?

I have a tree in my garden that would work. I weight 58kg max. Why do people say not to use rope, what should one use? What knot and why? I could do full suspension from this tree. What precautions should one take to be absolutely sure it will work? Where can I find videos of successful suicide by hanging for instructional and informational purposes? There were some posted on this form in the past that have since been deleted
