considering death by helium

i dont know what it is but i feel like now that things are going a bit better for me i feel content in dying if that makes sense. every year i've held on long enough and i feel like i'm finally ready to try again :p ive looked into ways on how to ctb n helium suicide seems like the most ideal method for me but i'm only 18 my biggest fear is buying the materials and it seeming a bit suspicious since i dont rlly have a reason to be buying helium--help needed plsplspls!! <33

Helium was 10 y ago. These days it's only possible with extremely expensive high purity company tanks, the flowmeters ect are to expensive and it's not the most easy method to do flawless

just about to turn 19 tomorrow lol .. i also have the same fears about acquiring means and stuff like that. if i remember correctly, most helium suppliers mix oxygen in, so an excuse to get pure helium.. i don't even know if people our age have those kinds of excuses at all

I know a method where you use a small grill to kill yourself with the smoke in an airtight room. Be careful not to set anything on fire; you can use duct tape to seal any areas that aren't airtight. I don't know if this method is safe or reliable, you'd have to look into it.
Carbon monoxide poisoning is the method, you can research it, but you'll most likely cough like when smoking.
This is not a guide; please do your own research.

I am not sure about that as I have just SN and other things but I like the sound of whipped cream chargers. But I don't know if I can handle that stuff. I don't have them yet to test.

ooo i've looked into carbon monoxide poisoning but my only worry is that since you can't really detect the fumes from it and because the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning aren't as severe, it might harm everybody else that i live with :( i don't want them to be affected by that but i'll see if i'm able to find a place elsewhere to try this—thank you for the help <3
