This life is very unfair and it can be painful seeing others have what we want the most. It is sad how so much suffering exists and some people are very unlucky in life. However for me personally, I only envy those who are gone from this world.

yup, it really is. comparison is the thief of joy. it's a big part as to why i deleted tiktok and instagram. the comparison fucked me over in so many ways.

This is why I try and stay away from social media these days. I try and remember that what you see isn't always the reality and only the best parts but it still hurts feeling like the world is moving on and you've been left behind

I think that along with picturing your future let's say 5 years from now is good also. Chances are if you're already struggling and been for awhile it's not gonna get better. Anytime I hear about people's lives and what there plans are I don't get jealous I just go blank. I see myself with nothing and suddenly in that moment SI goes away.
