Combination of SN and another method

What's the best method to combine SN with?

Drowning?
Hanging?

Some will say it's unnecessary but I've red cases of people surviving insane doses of SN. A man was found alive 12 hours after taking 50mg of SN.

And I have this fear that my SN isn't potent so I really want to mix it with another method.
