I'm currently considering these two methods, as in my country (Asia), these seem to be the most available. I've read many threads in this website, but I'm still not very sure how to do exactly to have 100% success rate in ctb. I don't want to suffer from complications caused by failure. Could anyone here give me advice? ( sorry if my English is not good)

one of very famous writers in my country used silk stockings for partial hanging with sleeping pills, seems that she was unconcious and painless. I'm still researching how she did it.
