In this page (page attached), Chris Docker refers to Hanging as unpleasant, slow, uncertain and painful. Which hanging is he talking about? Full Suspension? Because, he talks favorably about partial hanging which he calls "Suspension Hanging" in the Compression chapter.

Could you attach the other chapter too? I mean it sounds like he means full suspension but I don't see how doing this from a light fixture is any different compared to partial suspension.

This is it..there is only 1 page for hanging. Rest of the chapter is about other unplesant method like fasting and hypothermia..he puts hanging in the same category


After reading the compression chapter again, its clear he is refering to full suspension..

That sucks, because I was gonna use full..if partial failed as recommended by everybody on the forum
