I've read the whole mega thread on night night and I still can't find the carotid artery's. I think I found them when I put my hand in a u shape where I feel my pulse on my neck I get the feeling that I do when I stand up too fast but I don't pass out. Help.

I had the same problem. It's obviously possible, as some people have had success with it. But it seems to be harder for some than others. I cant work out if that is because some people's bodies are different, or whether it's just a case of people not doing it right. Since I've tried this relentlessly on many occasions and had no luck whatsoever, I'm inclined to think that the former is true.

I am having trouble too. I believe there is a sweet spot though! You just have to keep trying and trying it's like finding a needle in a hay stack, whether you use night night or partial hanging I've learned that you have to be SPOT ON and that's why I just keep going because I have hope that one time I'll get it and just black out!

Both body and method are different for every single person unfortunately. If it comforts anyone i also struggled for weeks thinking i dont have them untill i found them. They worked well afterwards

I've tried and failed that, too. I tried to find a pulse and block it with my fingers until I thought I'd start to blackout. But never felt any different.

I found them carotids, and can successfully close them every time with rope scarf and other ligatures, but i cant do anything to them with fingers no matter the pressure. Not even the slightest change, ever

Why not just cut them? do you clot too quickly? How about a lot of blood thinners?
