I'm just in so much pain right now. Physically and emotionally. I'm in a living hell and there's no hope or help for me. Nothing and no one can help me or save me. I want to be able to live so badly, but it's too painful and life is too much for me. But I'm such a coward that I don't know if I'll ever be able to kill myself. So I'm trapped in a nightmare that never ends.

That sounds very horrible what you are going through. I understand it is hard to carry on when you are in so much pain. It can be dreadful to be trapped in a hopeless situation. Suicide really is difficult, more than anything I wish it was easier. I deserve a peaceful death, but I am denied that option. Whatever happens, I wish you the best
