Help Can you miscarriage because of grief?

I'm probably going to CTB soon, but the thing is, my sister is entering her third trimester of pregnancy. I know that losing me would be hard on her. The last thing I want is for her to lose two loved ones instead of one. Have there been cases of miscarriages due to emotional distress/grief?
