Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

people complain that y doesn't work for them and use duckduckgo. some find it on the clearnet too. i think i remember not being able to find dsl on y either.

I used the various clues on this board and finally got two of the three words correct. I was wrong on the d. It didn't come up for me in Yandex but it came up for me on the first page of Duck Duck Go. Please don't PM me asking for the name of the Web site. I'm not comfortable giving it out because my conscious would bother me thinking I was partially responsible for someone taking their own life. There are clues on the forums here if you search.
