It's the person that's mailing the SN to you, especially if they weren't careful, they too could be jailed for sending a dangerous substance, or if you managed to CTB, authorities will track down where you got the SN from and prosecute that person. It's not just you, my friend.

Yeah, no. You'll have to find some other way besides asking people in the community to give you money to buy your method. We won't do it. Please don't ask members for money again. Feel free to peruse the resources wiki and find which method works best for you in your country. Locked.
