Can I put sn into a veggie capsule?

There was something I read earlier that talked about people pressing it into pills at one point but 'the amount and size needed was too cumbersome' to be practical. 25g is a lot of pills and even more if you're adding the mass of capsules needed to accommodate that. So I would say no. Probably not what you wanted to hear. I'm sorry.

I'm sorry about that. I mean you could buy a pill press and press them into pills but it will still take a lot of work to get them down and I'm not sure if there is any issues surrounding it not being in a solution. Still likely to taste just as terrible as there's no coating too so it could just prolong the problem.

They don't rec it because it will take longer to absorb so u might suffer more? Idk there was a guy who did it and preferred it but it was ALOT of capsules
