you cant store it that way but i think i read one thread where someone stored it temporarily like that while they went to their destination.
if you store it in the water a chemical reaction (that i dont remember) will occur and it wont be sodium nitrite anymore or at least wont be as potent. (i know im right but im not 100% sure on accuracy. basically thats the gist of it)Last edited:Airtight glass jar.
