I saw that people can die from seizures (and I actually do have epilepsy so this maybe can work) so I was thinking maybe I can make myself have one that will kill me? I don't know how to make that happen. I never really had any that were over a few minutes and haven't had any in years since I take pills for it. How can I do that?
