Can I hang myself with another person in the house?

How loud would the involuntary muscle spasms be? Would it be possible to do it if I have my door locked for 30 minutes?

I've already read that thread. The question is: how loud will the convulsions be? I do have thirty minutes away from all but one person, and that person isn't likely to barge into my room.

i wouldn't recommend hanging yourself in the house with someone in it just incase they do hear you and call the authority you could end up with life changing injuries, unless you like 99% sure they won't hear you best off doing it when everyone is asleep

The problem is that my family doesn't sleep. They wake up at like 2 AM.

Wouldn't risk it. Can't you leave the house and find a suitable tree or whatever?

That's not a good idea. They may hear you and suspect that there is something wrong. It's too risky in my opinion.

I agree with the points above. If this is really what you want to do then plan it throughly and get the best set of circumstances you possibly can. The chance of discovery seems more likely than not and this could mean many things for you afterwards.

If you want my advice (normally I talk bollocks), find a calmness that can only come from getting the best plan you can together, that knowing that you have done everything you can to be successful and it's something to occupy those days you feel you can't go on and it will provide at least some structure where there is none right now.

In summary don't contemplate the current plan as it seems destined to fail

I would never hang myself if there was someone else in the house. I would make sure I ctb somewhere which it is certain that nobody would interrupt. Being found too early is one of the things that I fear. We should be allowed to just die in peace, it is our life, our decision after all, and nobody else has any say in it. Of course it is very difficult to ctb as methods can go wrong, knowledge and planning is needed to succeed. Whatever happens, I wish you the best.
