Discussion Can being suicidal motivate people? Or is that a juxtaposition?

Is it possible to be motivated by suicide? In breaking bad Walter White got cancer. He was basically given a likely death sentence. In the next year he went crazy , he lived more free than he had ever lived before , I want to get a driving license so I can get a car for my attempt. Im not fully sure HOW exactly im gonna do it but I have an idea. And now even though im gonna kill myself I feel as though maybe suicide is making me more motivated to get my driving license. I need a driving license because every day without one is an extra day alive. Every day without it is an extra day of suffering. Can suffering be used as motivation? Can someone who is suffering be motivated by the possibility of not existing? We hear all the time of people "fighting to the death" but is it common to "fight because of the desire one has to die"

Don't use your car to ctb. I tried that and i am crippled now and in pain all day everyday.

Oh shi sorry to hear that how fast were you going? Im thinking of getting a car for privacy and an enclosed space to poison myself with carbon monoxide from charcoal or something. Going super fast would be a last resort for me only ever if I get EXTREMELY desperate I might try it

You're better off finding a very properly air tight place any room would do if u can prep it

I mean, I definitely was like "Okay, I'll make everyday super fun" because I was suicidal. Unfortunately that mindset lasted only a week. However, my suicidal ideation made me less scared to get on trains and buses (since I'll need to take a lot of those to get to my CTB location). Also I agree with what another user said above, don't CTB via a car crash. Not a good idea as far as I'm aware

100 km/h. It was very weird, i wasn't aware it's an attempt. I just didn''t stear the wheel and went head first into a car, rotated in the middle of the road and was going to fall off a cliff but an 8 wheeler stopped me. I had a broken femur at first. Spent 2 years on medical leave. Then the knees problem started. I hit my right knee and had a teard meniscus, nobody saw. Now i have liquid in my knees, teared meniscus, sinovitis, gonartrosis and trouble walking. I go once in a while and get the knee punctioned(hurts a lot). I wish i just hit a wall. It changed my life forever. I had other attempts(with pills) but this one...was so surprising, i didn't even try to dodge the other car. Life is hard being disabled/semidisabled and in pain. It's the reason i came back on this forum. I'd need a knee replacement but i'm too young, so i just suffer. I spend my days in bed or doing very little physical activity. St some point, i'll just go out and do spprts because this is not living. It sucks. So never ever try ctb via car accident. Never.

I once saw a post somewhere from a guy who started living freely because he was suicidal and he started actually enjoying life and decided to live. Bring suicidal can definitely change how you act and how you view the world and for some people that may come out as something more positive like motivation. Honestly I would never have been so motivated to get a will made or get other death preparations made, have I not been suicidal.
