Please could I ask if anyone has heard from Asta she was a huge help to me but lost touch and not seen her post since last August im very worried we spoke most days not sure if its ok to ask please just delete if not ok

Yes that's very possible thank you for replying she helped me so much was very kind to me tried and tried to help me cope with the tinnitus

Could you do me a big favour and ask her if she is the Asta I spoke to and who helped me we used to speak daily if it is would you ask her if she would contact me if at all possible I really need to speak to her if possible or did I do something wrong would love to speak to her before I depart please don't worry or do this if you don't want to I will understand and its a big ask I realise x
