Best way to document your final days?

I really would like to document my final days and share it with the users of this site, as a way to say "thank you." I know many people, including myself, are interested in the physical and emotional sensations when CTB is right around the corner. So far I've been keeping a document on my computer that's essentially a journal. What information would you like to see in a documentation like this? How would you prefer the documentation to be presented? What information would be particularly useful to those documenting cases of people who CTB? My preferred method is SN, by the way.

Sad to see you didn't get any replies yet! Its really nice of you to do this. It would be interesting to know what your final days were like. Are you living it up or are you anxious? I'd like to see all the materials you had on hand before attempting. And what your schedule with the sn is.
