Look up the SN method. It's cheap and pretty much painless.SN seems like a relatively peaceful, and cheaper alternative to N that is quite popular around here. I forgot how many posts you need to be able to use the search feature, but if you're able to use it, I would recommend searching for "sodium nitrite" or "Stan's guide" for information.
Searching for those things should bring up quite a few threads discussing the subject that can help you decide if it's a method worth considering. I don't know how many threads go into the specifics of the cost to buy, but you might be able to find something that will help you determine the availability of buyers in Portugal and how much they charge for it.

If you don´t have much money: SN (sodium nitrite) or the carotid method with tourniquet are cheap and both are easy to obtain.
I don´t know how much you can spend, but also theCO ( carbon monoxid) method is affordable.

I wish that such a thing existed as a quick, easily accessible and painless death. Suicide really is so difficult and I think that if it was easier I would already be gone. I think that with methods all that anyone can do is to look at the resources section and decide what is best for themselves. Only you know your situation and what you are able to access. I hope that in whatever happens you find relief from your suffering. I understand the feeling of being desperate to leave. Life is certainly cruel.

if you have no tolerance you don't need that much to cause an overdose so you fall and hang whilst almost unconscious

For me it's definitly atypical hanging, it doesn't need much to do it, it's safe if you don't get caught and it isn't very painful
The guide doesn't have info on specific sellers, just info about how to use SN once you have it. If there are other users on here who live in Portugal that have SN, they might have posted their own threads about it. I was going to look for some myself, but didn't get around to it yet.
