Best thing to overdose on?

Is there a best legal drug to overdose on? I have no means of getting anything illegal, but as mentioned in previous posts a lot of the other methods scare me or seem unattainable, whereas I have overdosed before and feel it would be relatively easy for me to do. I know a lot of people say don't do it as it's unreliable, but what I'm asking is what could I do to give myself the best chance?

Legal drug? Do you mean over the counter drugs or prescription drugs?
Doesn't matter anyway, because neither would kill you, unless you take MASSIVE doses... even then, chances are, you'd just end up with organ damage.

Both but preferably over the counter as it's more attainable.
